Ryan has been a licensed real estate agent since 2006, and was subsequently groomed by one of Coronado’s finest and most respected brokers, his father. In 2015 he obtained his brokers license and in 2017 Ryan Koubeserian and Ara Koubeserian formed The Koubeserian Group which has turned into the ideal father and son powerhouse team. Ryan holds the prestigious GRI designation by the National Association of Realtors, in completing the extensive curriculum required to receive this highly acclaimed designation he joins the top producers in the residential real estate industry who hold this designation across the nation.
