After spending four years in New York where she was a buyer for a large department store, Yvonne joined Coronado Shores Co. in 1978 in the accounting department. In the ensuing years she progressed from Rental Agent to Manager of the Leasing Division to Corporate Vice President. In 2001 she was elevated to President of the company. Her thirty years with Coronado Shores Co. and her ownership and residency at The Shores has provided Yvonne with invaluable knowledge and insight into Coronado Shores, Coronado and the needs and desires of sellers, buyers and renters of Shores properties. In 2005, Yvonne and Ara Koubeserian purchased Coronado Shores Co. and remain in their respective positions in the company.
